Welcome to Getege, the premier IT recruitment and staffing platform. These Terms govern your use as Candidate, Employer, Recruiter, or Visitor. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these binding Terms. If you disagree, do not use our Services.
Candidates (job seekers) must be 18+ and provide accurate professional details. Employers/Recruiters represent legitimate businesses. No automated access permitted. We verify profiles at discretion; false information leads to immediate termination.
Getege.work connects IT professionals with employers via:
We facilitate connections; hiring decisions remain with employers.
Candidates: Submit truthful resumes, skills, experience. No spam applications.
Employers: Post genuine jobs, pay fees promptly, comply with labor laws.
All Users: No harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent activity. Respect confidentiality of shared data.
Strictly forbidden:
Violations result in permanent bans without refund.
Free for Candidates. Employers pay per posting, subscription, or success fees (e.g., 8.33% of first-year CTC for hires). Fees non-refundable. 30-day payment terms. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Pricing subject to change with 30 days notice.
We own Platform technology, algorithms, trademarks. You retain resume/profile ownership but grant us perpetual license to display/match. Employers own job postings. No reverse engineering or copying permitted. Downloaded resumes for internal hiring only.
90-day replacement guarantee: If hired candidate leaves within 90 days, we provide one replacement at no extra cost (same fee structure). Excludes client termination for cause or candidate misconduct. Verification of employment required.
Protect all Platform data per Privacy Policy. Employers: Candidate info confidential, no sharing with third parties. Candidates: Do not disclose employer proprietary info. Data used for matching/placement only. Comply with GDPR/DPDP where applicable.
Services "AS IS". No guarantees of hires, interviews, or placements. We disclaim:
Liability capped at fees paid in 12 months. No consequential damages.
Terminate anytime. We may suspend for violations, non-payment, or legal reasons without notice. Post-termination: Access ends, paid fees non-refundable. Outstanding invoices due immediately.
Jobs must be active, accurately described, comply with labor laws. No discriminatory language. We may reject/edit postings. You indemnify us against posting-related claims.
Indian law governs. Disputes via arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Lucknow. Courts of Lucknow have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update Terms (posted here). Continued use = acceptance. Check regularly.
