Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our CRM processes and ensuring seamless integration with various systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of business processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications to meet business needs
- Implement and maintain APIs for integration with third-party systems
- Optimize existing Salesforce applications for better performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for installed solutions
- Perform system testing and quality assurance on developed solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce configurations and customizations
- Provide support and training to end-users on Salesforce functionalities
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features to enhance system capabilities
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Apex and Visualforce programming
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Ability to work with Git for version control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Familiarity with agile project management
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
