Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for Android devices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Debug and optimize application performance to ensure optimal user experience.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of applications to identify and fix bugs.
- Implement best practices in code quality and version control using Git.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers on code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile technology and suggest improvements for mobile applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project milestones.
- Document application design processes and code for ensuring future collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience with Android SDK and its frameworks.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Ability to debug and optimize application performance.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL databases and application integration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Firebase and push notifications.
- Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs.
- Familiarity with unit testing and continuous integration processes.
- Experience with Android Jetpack components.
