Role Overview
As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs. Your expertise will drive successful project outcomes, ensuring that Salesforce architecture aligns with best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the development lifecycle to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform system analysis, design, and architecture of solutions based on business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and other staff members.
- Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to compliance and security standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and architectures.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and architecture
- Experience with Salesforce APEX and Visualforce
- Proficiency in integrating third-party applications with Salesforce
- Understanding of database management and SQL
- Strong skills in project management methodologies
- Ability to design scalable solutions that adhere to best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect)
