Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Visualforce frameworks.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables before deployment.
- Maintain and upgrade existing Salesforce applications to improve performance and usability.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce development processes and solution architecture.
- Develop and configure workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates on development progress.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce development.
- Experience with Salesforce API and integration methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and database concepts.
- Ability to write and optimize SOQL queries.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components development.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in Salesforce cloud.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
