Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and integration practices, contributing significantly to our ongoing success and ensuring optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and define system requirements
- Lead technical workshops to ensure proper understanding of Salesforce capabilities
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce customization and development
- Develop architectural blueprints for Salesforce deployments and integrations
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing Salesforce configurations
- Mentor junior team members on Salesforce technologies
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all solutions
- Assist in the deployment of Salesforce applications and services
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce architecture and configuration
- Strong experience in APEX and Visualforce programming
- Expertise in Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and relevant UI frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
- Experience in Agile methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Architect, Developer)
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
