Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions using best practices.
- Automate deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cloud services to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system stability and minimize downtime.
- Implement security measures to protect cloud environments and sensitive data.
- Manage backup and recovery processes for cloud applications.
- Conduct regular infrastructure audits to assess performance metrics and establish compliance.
- Develop scripts and tools for system automation and monitoring.
- Provide technical support and share knowledge on cloud technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud trends and technologies to advise on improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Skills in monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in managing database systems in cloud environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with machine learning services in the cloud.
