Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms to design and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and optimize system performance while ensuring that best practices in software development and project management are applied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Lead technical design sessions and define architecture best practices.
- Assess current system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and technical specifications.
- Support data migration and integration strategies for Salesforce implementations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities to leverage for client benefits.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce platform and its various clouds including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for custom development.
- Solid understanding of API integrations and web services.
- Experience with data modeling and governance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Admin).
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
- Experience with Lightning components and frameworks.
