Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled PMP certified Project Manager with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement throughout the project life cycle. Your expertise in project management methodologies will drive successful implementations and continuous improvements in organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets effectively to deliver on project goals
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to stakeholders regarding project status
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful completion
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans and reports
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on project outcomes
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Proven experience in project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate project members
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Jira
- Familiarity with change management processes and strategies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP system implementations
- Knowledge of Agile project management
- Certification in Prince2 or other project management frameworks
- Experience in finance or accounting projects
