Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases
- Perform root cause analysis on detected defects and report findings
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability of applications
- Conduct performance and regression testing of applications
- Participate in Agile development meetings to provide QA insights
- Document test plans and test results for various projects
- Provide training and support for team members on automation tools
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Selenium or similar automation tools
- Experience with programming languages like Java or Python
- Strong understanding of API testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of test management tools
- Ability to write clean and maintainable test scripts
- Skilled in defect tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter
- Experience in database testing
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based testing
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with security testing techniques
